1. Services

Precise Medical Billing and Coding LLC provides medical billing, coding, and related revenue cycle management services. Specific terms, including fee structures and service scope, are defined in individual service agreements executed with each client.

2. HIPAA Business Associate

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that Precise MBC will serve as a Business Associate under HIPAA. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) must be executed prior to the exchange of any Protected Health Information.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for billing, maintaining proper licensure, and complying with all applicable federal and state healthcare laws and regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Precise MBC shall not be liable for claim denials resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, changes in payer policies, or circumstances outside our control.
